Toni Beerling has been to the world championships. She has gone to the Pan Am Games and Commonwealth Games, to the World University Games and the Olympic trials. Beerling's 40 years as an athletics official is a story of distance and accuracy. Her focus has been the long jump and the triple jump. She is considered by many to be one of the best horizontal jump officials in Canada.
She served on the Saskatchewan Officials' Committee for 11 years and has been a national mentor for officials since 1999.
Beerling has officiated at 17 Canadian indoor and outdoor championships, as well as three Canada Games, the Canadian masters and Canadian Paralympic championships and the North American Indigenous Games.
Besides athletics, she has been on the mission staff four times in the Saskatchewan Games. She has volunteered at Canadian softball championships in Saskatoon, the Canadian figure skating championships and the 1999 world junior women's volleyball championship in Saskatoon.
